I am about to buy a trunk tray and all-season floor mats from a seller on eBay. As they state that the accessories are OEM, but they are Honda dealership, I have no idea what the difference between what the difference between genuine and OEM they offer. The price is almost half off not Would it be worth buying the OEM ones if they are the exact same as the genuine ones?

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. They would be what came on or as an option for the vehicle from the dealer.
OEM means original equipment manufacturer. I am not sure if it is the same for cars, but for computer parts it is the same as the manufacture items. The just come with less packaging and are a lot cheaper.
Original equipment manufacturers (OEM) should be the same as “genuine”. Buying from the dealership is usually the most expensive route. They often charge “list price”. List price is always artificially high so that when they have a “sale” or offer a “discount”, consumers feel like they got a bargain. That is not to say that OEM are any better than good quality knock-offs.
Honda accessories only come one way. Honda does not offer two packaging options, but your dealer might not be offering only Honda stuff.
In any case, you should be able to get a part number out of your dealer for the part you want. the part you get should be packaged in a box or bag that has that number on it. most of the plastic parts (trunk trays and all-season mats for example) will have part numbers and logos stamped/engraved/molded into the part as well.
Retail MSRP for most accessories is pretty high. many dealers offer a discount for online or phone sales. other dealers add a markup to their over the counter price.
hit an online parts catalog like http://www.yourhondapart.com…and look thru it. you can get those part numbers and contact your local dealer, compare them to your ebay seller, or possibly even find a better deal.
OEM and genuine should be the same thing….Honda does not ship any cars with that stuff pre-installed. your dealer SHOULD be installing honda parts when they add those things….but they don’t always.
