Saturn SL2 gas mileage dropped?

Over the winter the gas mileage I am getting with my Saturn SL2 has dropped by approximately 20%. Since I am driving the same and nothing has changed externally, I guess it has something to do with the car itself. My first thought was wires and plugs. Any thoughts out there? Thanks It is a 2002 with about 150 000 miles on it – mostly highway. I have maintained this vehicle pretty well, but do not remember when it was last in for a tune-up. I believe the air filter is good, but will have another look. Since the car runs smooth, I did not believe the fuel filter was the problem. I suspect the plugs and wires, but do not have any proof.

Gas mileage woes. I just bought and 05 Malibu about a month ago. It has 80k and runs very well. I’ve filled up twice. The first time I averaged 23mpg, going by mileage / gallons, but according to the on-board fuel economy I get roughly 38mpg highway 30 and around 22 city. I drive mainly highway. So, I replaced the plugs, wires, the air filter to a K & N, and changed the oil for good measure. I got exactly the same mileage out of the next tank. EPA estimates 32 highway and 22 city. I decided on this car because of the gas mileage. I drive conservatively, and to be frank, this is p *** ing me off I do not know what else to check. I checked forums for gas mileage of the same car / year, and all owners are pleased but me. 23mpg seems sad, especially when I sold my beat, tired, burning oil 97 Saturn got that 28mpg. I run high-grade gas, and tried Lucas Injector cleaner. I do plan on trying Seafoam next fill up

I put together this guide on how to drift on Forza 3. I hope it is helpful for you. I haven’t included much information about tuning cars because I wanted this guide to be focused on the theory behind actually drifting a car, not how to build a car. Also tuning a car is very complicated so would take a long time to explain. And remember! Practice makes perfect! Drifting isn’t something you can learn in a day, it can take a while. FAQ: Should I use a rear wheel drive (RWD) or all wheel drive (AWD) car? You should use RWD. AWD isn’t proper drifting because the front wheels give drive (even if you have the power 100% to the rear) so the technique for “drifting” AWD is very simplistic and is not accepted at true drifting. A lot of drifters will also look down on you for using AWD. What is a good car to start with? Any of the Nissan Silvias are a good car to try. The S-14 (K’s) is probably the easiest to use. Other good cars are the Toyota Trueno (use low power with that, 260-280bhp is plenty), Mazda RX-7, or any of the Nissan Fairladys. The Nissan Skylines can also be good cars when converted to RWD. Do I need to use a controller or a steering wheel? You can use either. Most people (including me) use a controller simply because a good steering wheel costs a lot of money. If you use a steering wheel make sure it is one with force feedback. This will allow you to have better control over your steering angle so allow you to get a slightly cleaner drift and slightly more angle …

One stop shop for car accessories?

I live in Washington and just bought a 2009 Pontiac G6 blood-red. I’ve tried walmart, fred meyer’s, and auto zone for car accessories but I’m not finding a wide enough or impressive selection of car mats / steeringwheel / seat covers. I want something fairly flashy (I’m a twenty year old guy who just bought his first car.) Does anyone know any good stores in the Seattle area or any websites that could set me up right?

Let’s conserve gas until we find a better solution!!!?

Ok, I know this might sound minute, but if everybody did what could conserve gas any more aware than they were, it would make a huge difference on how much oil and gas we all consume as there are millions of Americans. I am probably not up the first to discover the product, but at Walmart I came across this gas treatment you can put in your car, every time you fill It really, really improves your gas mileage. It comes in a small red bottle, about 88cents and if you put it in your tank every time, we could all conserve a TON of gas, maybe Malthus lowering the price of gas by 5 cents a gallon. loli do not know about you, but I know there is no oil shortage and a hoax Is it to hold us hostage at the pump. If anybody else has other tips to save gas, please let me know! I already know about keeping tires aired up, driving slower, etc. mpg I might get a really small car to try to get 40, but at any rate, I am just fed up with lining the oil companies’ pockets while mine get drained
